Submission Deadlines:

• Contributed Minisymposium proposals, including titles and abstracts for all speakers: February 15, 2015 (acceptance notification by February 25, 2015).
• Titles and abstracts of Contributed Talks: February 15, 2015 (acceptance notification by February 25, 2015).
• Abstracts of Invited Talks: January 23, 2015 (acceptance notification by January 25, 2015).
• Abstracts of Invited Minisymposia: January 23, 2015 (acceptance notification by January 25, 2015).

Early Registration Deadline: March 31, 2015 at 23:59 (11:59 pm) Eastern Standard Time.
Full fees apply beginning April 1, 2015.

• Early registration fee (until March 31): $240; Students and Post-docs: $80.
• Regular registration fee (after April 1): $340; Students and Post-docs: $180.

Online Registration Deadline: May 12, 2015 at 23:59 (11:59 pm) Eastern Standard Time.

Student / Post-doctoral Funding Application Deadline: March 2, 2015 (notification by March 23, 2015).

Refund Deadline: May 6, 2015.
Refund policy: Participants wishing to cancel their registration must contact meetings@cms.math.ca in writing by May 6 to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee ($30 for students). Cancellations received after May 6 will not be refunded.
