Deadlines

Deadlines for Contributions:

• Minisymposium proposals: extended to February 10, 2013 (acceptance notification by February 18, or by February 4 if the proposal is received by January 27).
• Titles and Abstracts of Contributed Talks: extended to February 24, 2013 (acceptance notification by March 1, or by February 18 if the submission is received by February 10).

Early Registration Deadline: April 9, 2013 at 23:59 (11:59 pm) Eastern Standard Time.
Full fees apply beginning April 10, 2013.

• Early registration fee (until April 9): $240; Students and Post-docs: $80.
• Regular registration fee (after April 9): $340; Students and Post-docs: $180.

Online Registration Deadline: May 21, 2013 at 23:59 (11:59 pm) Eastern Standard Time.

Student / Post-doctoral Funding Application Deadline: March 11, 2013 (notification by April 1, 2013).

Refund Deadline: May 15, 2013.
Refund policy: Participants wishing to cancel their registration must contact meetings@cms.math.ca in writing by May 15 to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee ($30 for students). Cancellations received after May 15 will not be refunded.
