Deadlines

Deadlines for Contributions:
- Minisymposium proposals extended to January 29, 2011 (acceptance notifications sent by February 7, or by January 21 if the proposal is received before January 15)
- Titles and abstracts of Contributed Talks extended to February 14, 2011 (acceptance notifications sent by February 21, or February 7 if the submission is received before January 31)

Early Registration Deadline: April 7, 2011.
Full fees apply beginning April 8, 2011.
- Early registration: $240; Students and Post-docs: $80.
- Regular registration: $340; Students and Post-docs: $180.

Student / Post-doctoral Funding Application Deadline: March 7, 2011 (notification by March 28, 2011).

Refund Deadline: May 15, 2011.
Refund policy: Participants wishing to cancel their registration must notify the CanaDAM organizers (meetings@cms.math.ca) in writing by May 15 to receive a refund less a $100 processing fee ($30 for students). Cancellations received after May 15 will not be refunded.
